Terms
These terms cover this website. Price, the localities you operate, and support for a live holding are in the agreement you sign with Devotion Systems Corp. A demo request is not that agreement.
01The two documents
These terms apply to the LocalityUnion website. The subscription for a holding is the agreement you sign with Devotion Systems Corp. If they conflict on the product, the signed agreement controls.
02This website
The site describes LocalityUnion and lets you request a demo or open the product sign-in. It is not the holding workspace. Descriptions here are informational. The product you receive is the one enabled for your holding.
03Demo requests
Submitting this form only sends a request. It does not create an account or a paid subscription. Asking is free, and we may decline. We show you the platform, then you have 15 days of use with support and guidance so you can try it. If it meets your expectations, you can contract the service. If not, we delete that demo account and the data attached to it. That trial is not the paid holding agreement.
04Accounts and roles
An account exists when we enable a holding. You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you grant, and what those people do under those roles. Do not share a login. Keep each person’s access to the localities and the work that role needs.
05Your data
You own the operational data your team enters. You give Devotion Systems Corp. permission to host, back up, and display it so the holding can use the product, including Danny when you turn it on. You are responsible for having the right to enter personal data about your team, such as payroll.
06Acceptable use
Use the product to run your business. Do not try to reach another holding, probe or disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, or change records to mislead. We may suspend access to stop misuse or a security risk, and we will tell the holding when we can do so without making that risk worse.
07Our software
LocalityUnion, the software, and this website belong to Devotion Systems Corp. A subscription lets the holding use the product. It does not transfer the software or the brand.
08Fees
This website does not publish a price. Fees, how many localities are included, and what is turned on are agreed for that holding. A demo request does not start billing.
09Availability
We run the product as a cloud service and work to keep it available. This page does not promise a support window or a specific uptime. If those terms exist, they are in the holding agreement.
10What the product is not
Reports and answers from Danny help you see the numbers you entered. They do not replace your review, your accountant, or a filing you must make. You decide what to do with the numbers.
11Liability
To the extent the law allows, Devotion Systems Corp. is not liable for lost profits or for decisions you make from the product, beyond the fees you paid for that holding in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability the law does not let us limit. The signed agreement may set a different cap, and that cap controls.
12When access ends
Either side ends the subscription as the agreement says. You can ask for an export before access closes. Afterward we keep or delete holding data as that agreement and the law require.
13Changes and the law
We may update these website terms by posting a new version on this page. The holding agreement changes only in the way that agreement describes. That agreement also names the governing law and the place to resolve a dispute. Until a holding has a signed agreement, write to Devotion Systems Corp. through the demo request before you rely on a court that is not written down.
